Ferruccio Cumer is a co-founder of ZeLIG and president of the cooperative since 1990. He has held courses on the history of cinema at ZeLIG and other institutions, and has been a member of the Radio-Television Services Committee for the Autonomous Province of Bolzano. For many years he directed Cineforum in Bolzano. He created the Cinema Library, and wrote the manual 'Cinema per la didattica' published by Junior, and co-authored, along with Federica Cumer, the five-volume series entitled 'Itinerari nel cinema'.
