Tutor at ZeLIG’s three-year program since 2010 and Responsible of the same program since September 2025. He is also Vice-President of the cooperative. He has worked in both documentary and feature film productions, and has collaborated intensely with director Pietro Marcello. He engineered the live sound for the film “La Bocca del Lupo”; was assistant director for “'Il Silenzio di Pelesjan”; and was in charge of organisation for “'Bella e Perduta” – all award-winning films at top international film festivals, including Venice, Berlin, Toronto and Torino. After training in languages, he worked on various digital projects in visual communications. He came to ZeLIG in 2005 and since then has spearheaded the organisation of ZeLIG’s international initiatives. He coordinates ESoDoc – European Social Documentary, a workshop dedicated to developing documentary and crossmedia projects based on social themes. He’s also in charge of ZeLIG’s presence on social media, and other communication platforms. A passionate musician and photographer, he still dreams of becoming an astronaut. She’s been with ZeLIG since the early years. In charge of various administrative, financial and business aspects. She’s also involved in the executive production of students’ graduation films, as well as many other projects for ZeLIG, including ESoDoc – European Social Documentary. Veronica Rungger, who holds a Master's degree in French Studies with a focus on Film Studies, has been part of the ZeLIG Film School team since 2024. Drawn to a multilingual and film-focused environment, Veronica works as Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the project ESoDoc – European Social Documentary. She also supports the team of the school’s three-year training programme and is a member of the Board of Trustees (veronica.rungger@zeligfilm.it).

Con una formazione in ambito linguistico, ha lavorato per circa 25 anni nel settore non profit, in progetti locali e internazionali. Negli ultimi anni si è formata in marketing e comunicazione. Silvano Gazziero is an audio, video and multimedia applications expert, and has been with ZeLIG since 1998. He is involved with management of technical resources and technical aspects of production and didactic activities. Since 2010 he is technical tutor of ZeLIG’s three years training. Heidi Gronauer, direttrice della ZeLIG dal 1990 al 2024, si dedica allo sviluppo dei vari progetti e produzioni, legati al documentario, realizzati dalla scuola. Dal 2004 è responsabile anche, come capo progetto, di ESoDoc-European Social Documentary. Ha lavorato a Berlino come giornalista e direttrice culturale nel settore cinema e teatro prima di partecipare a progetti in Italia, collaborando per la programmazione e le relazioni internazionali al Trento Cinema - Incontri Internazionali con la Musica per il Cinema, all'organizzazione di scambi culturali tra Germania e Italia come Adventure in Europe–City of Berlin, a Pirati Teatrali e alla serie di recite a scuola in tedesco e inglese intitolata Teatrando... in lingua straniera.
