MASO #1 bietet Filmmakers die Möglichkeit, Kurzfilme und Kurzserien zu entwickeln. Das Programm zielt darauf ab, sowohl erfahrene Profis als auch aufstrebende Talente bei der Umsetzung ihrer kreativen Visionen zu unterstützen. In dieser ersten Ausgabe werden bis zu acht kreative Teams, bestehend aus einem Regisseur/Drehbuchautor und einem Produzenten, ausgewählt, um teilzunehmen. Diese Teams erhalten Unterstützung von internationalen Experten während der Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertriebsphasen ihrer Projekte.
