In dieser ersten Ausgabe werden bis zu acht kreative Teams, bestehend aus einem Regisseur/Drehbuchautor und einem Produzenten, ausgewählt, um teilzunehmen. Diese Teams erhalten Unterstützung von internationalen Experten während der Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertriebsphasen ihrer Projekte.
