Another world awaits beyond the sea. For 19-year-old Heidi that world is Argentina. Her mother seeks spirituality, while for her grandmother’s generation, the people of a narrow valley, such a world has really never existed. Three women, three different perspectives on a world and a family in which each member has its proper place. From which one may set out, as does Heidi, in search of life beyond the sea.
