In 1988, a small group of film-makers founded ZeLIG. Once conceived as a short training course for film and TV technicians, ZeLIG has since become one of Europe’s most renowned documentary film schools, an international meeting point for aspiring filmmakers and established professionals. Today, the ZeLIG project includes a wide range of activities in the areas of training, production and new media. (download Brochure)
To celebrate those first twenty years, ZeLIG invites you to a big documentary festival. In October, in the course of Manifesta7, ZeLIG is on tour across South Tyrol and the Trentino region (download the forms of films). On 28 and 29 November ZeLIG shows Twenty Years of Film Highlights (download the program) from then and now and invites you to the grand ZeLIG party.
